This is a four week short course about my favourite topic: GREMLINS.
They are the voices that lurk in the background and nag at you. They are generally very good at putting a stop to something before you have even started it. In this fun course I will play with your gremlins and show you fun, creative ways to gently put them back in their boxes.
This is a fun course aimed at anyone who feels that they are trapped by a fear of starting something. The course will consist of films, work sheets and really fun exercises. Let me help you get hold of any gremlins so that we can look them in the eye and find a place for them, which is not in the way of your project!
